Learning about precision and accuracy really changed my view on how different quantities are measured.
I have a question. Can we cut off the decimal points in adding and subtracting? E.g – 2.56+3.2, can we take off that 6 and continue with the problem. I have the same question about the sig figs with multiplication and division
The discussion on the difference of precision and accuracy today in class really helped me understand the major difference between the two.
