Chemistry 9-4-15 Evernote

EvernoteEvernote is an awesome note-taking and organizational tool! You’ll use it for your lab portfolio and tons of other ways for class. You can use Evernote on your laptop, iPhone, Android phone, iPad, Mac book – it’s great! Today we are going to set it up in class – if you are absent you need to complete these instructions at home.

Homework UPDATE (again): Your homework is to complete and upload the thLAB: Density of Oil to both Google Drive and turnitin.com AND to complete the instructions below. Let’s begin!

If you don’t already have an Evernote account, you will need to set up an account using some slightly modified instructions from the one I gave you on the Tech 101 sheet:

1. Create an Evernote account using the email you told me you would use to create your Evernote account.

2. Watch this video on ways to use Evernote in class.

3. Create a class notebook in Evernote

4. Explore Evernote and then practice using it – creating notes, etc., adding them to your notebook(s), etc.

5. LAST THING: Go to your email and accept the invitation to view your Lab Portfolio. As I grade your labs, they will appear here. You can view them but you can’t edit them.
