PHYSICS – Great job today with our SI system review! You remembered a lot! Were you surprised at yourself?
The hardest part, I think, will be getting back in the habit of showing all your work, using conversion factors, units, dimensional analysis, sig figs, etc. Now on to using them!
I expect to learn how physics applies to everyday life. It will teach me to see physics in small everyday actions or in big actions like experiments. I’m excited for this class and little scared, but I know that it will help me grow and practice critically thinking about the world around me.
I first expect to have an absolute blast. Ever since I heard of Physics at Northpoint when I was younger, I have been so excited to get in. I mainly expect to learn some big concepts like being able to figure out how and when something will occur (like a car stopping at a certain point) by just using math. It’s just a cool concept to me.
