PHYSICS: Have you ever had something just disappear?!? Here’s my second go a today’s post!
First – from today an overview of the test on chapter 2, especially some conceptual stuff. Underneath that, the vodcast from the help session this morning – the pelican problem and the dropping the shoe problem.
Are you becoming more comfortable with working problems? When selecting formulas, it’s always a good idea to ask yourself “Why?”. Why can you use this formula? Why is it legit? Why is it the best one? Is there a better route to the solution? And then, continue to practice them over and over til it starts to become second nature!
Speaking of help sessions – tomorrow morning, 7:15ish A.M., we’ll go over problems again if you need some practice! Good idea to go back and study those earlier velocity problems as well!
God bless you as you study!! I’ll be praying for you!!

PHYSICS 9-16-14 Help Session – Free Fall Problems from Tammy Skinner on Vimeo.
At the help session tomorrow morning can we work some velocity/acceleration problems that are not free fall from the beginning of the chapter to remind us?
I enjoyed working on the graphs
Thank you for the help sessions! They helped me understand the process behind the problem.

This weeks lesson on graphs was so great. It helped me a lot at first I thought it was same graphing but this week I learned its a whole new ballgame.
The dependent variable is on the y-axis and the dependent on the x-axis.
I tried to share the physics folder on the google drive with you using your school email. I’m not sure if that was right or not…
Thank you for explaining in more detail about the vectors and how to add and subtract them yesterday! It helped me a lot and made the homework last night understandable and doable!
