this week i have struggled with managing my time to study. I procrastinate until the day of or the night before. and when i do get to study i don’t do it for long and only look over it once. i will overcome this by setting timers and specific times to study from now on to improve my grade.
This week i struggled with making and managing time for not only chemistry but some of my other classes. So i am going to try to get better at using my time wisely.
this week i struggled with keeping on top of studying for our polyatomic ions quiz so from now i on i will study for the next quiz or test the day i find out about it.
This week I struggled with taking good notes and staying on top of studying for polyatomic ions. On monday im going to come prepared and ready for the week. I am going to stay on top of my studying and taking very good notes and learning.
This week something I struggled with was the polyatomic ions and not getting them memorized, I will study harder and make sure not to procrastinate my studying
I struggled with learning the polyatomic ions this week because I didn’t study them consistently and tried to learn them last-minute. I need to start reviewing earlier and avoid procrastinating so I can be more prepared next time
I have done really well understanding the concepts when they are initially taught in class. Furthermore, we were taught two lessons in 1 day, and I took good notes and maintained attention for the entire period.
T- In Chemistry, when taking notes and learning new materials I have done well staying engaged and making sure I understand the information fully. I have done well doing this because I now understand how vital the notes we take are for our tests, which pushes me to pay close attention and take good notes.
I feel as if I did great memorizing the polyatomic ions and numerical prefixes for the binary molecular compounds. I was already quite familiar with the numerical prefixes, and I’m relatively sure how to pronounce them combined with other elements along with the understood 1 subscript. However, I won’t rest until I’ve made sure I’m able to say them without having to think about them too hard.
This week I applied my formulas well and I took a lot of time to study thoroughly and effectively. I was able to do this because of the time and effort that I put in this week and also in the way that I studied.
This week i have been really good about studying and learning how to apply all the chemical formulas for my test. I have made sure that I am prepared for the test and know how to do it.
This week i did a good job on taking notes, studying for the test, practicing, and engaging in class. I’m doing this because i learned how important notes and engaging in class is.
I felt like I finally understand how to write ionic compounds because I re-watched Ms. Skinners vodcast and worked out problems. I also engaged more in class which helped me a lot.
I remembered to check the syllabus daily and did all of my homework for this week. I engaged more than usual in class and tried my best to understand how to write the names from the chemical formulas.
This week in chemistry I did well on paying attention to when to use the prefixes and to leave the charges in the formula after crossing over. I learned this because I now understand how important it is to engage during class and answer questions.
This week in chemistry I did good at engaging in class and taking good notes and I did a good job at reviewing for the test. I also did a good job at reading the syllabus and doing/understanding the homework.
This week in Chemistry I did a good job fully comprehending notes and being an active learner in class. I also did a great job studying for my test and worked really hard to make the grade that I want. I found a new way to study a lot of material at once and I’m proud of myself.
This week I struggled with paying attention. What we are learning does not keep me locked in. Also i just dont understand. I did better at doing my homework tho.
This week I was happy to triumph over my test. I also felt I triumphed over studying and making sure to dedicate time to my studying habits. I also completed my homework every night and was pleased with the grades I received.
This week in class, I was able to follow along better on practicing formulas, before the quiz. Participating more in class, and actively learning, instead of just sitting there listening, definitely helped me grasp it more.
This week in class I’ve been actively learning and making sure I understand the lessons this week. I also studied really hard for my test and figured out multiple ways to study and through that I feel like I might’ve gotten the grade I worked hard to get.
this week i did well with finishing all my homework and remembering to do it on time each day. I also took good notes while watching the vodcast to study before our next test.
This week, I found it easier to keep up with the formulas we practiced before the quiz. Getting more involved in class and learning actively, instead of just listening passively, made a big difference in how well I understood the material.
This week I did well on the memorization focused tests and quizzes. I did well on them because I learned to apply the examples to the formulas, the formulas to the names, and the other way around.
this week after making a bad grade on the polyatomic ions quiz i did a good job studying them for the test. I also feel like I did a good job memorizing all of the prefixes for formulas. I also did a good job interacting in class and not just listening
This week i did well studying and memorizing everything i needed to know for the writing and naming the chemical formulas and acids. locking in during class also helped with this tremendously. Now i feel that i got a grade that i should have got.
This week I triumphed in studying hard for my Chemical Formula test. I struggled on Monday in understanding it, but I worked hard and learned how to do it for not only the test but for the rest of the year.
This week i triumphed by making it through the week. I forgot to do my homework one of the nights and didnt study very well but i ended the week good because i did my tpc and my book homework and i will stay on top of things next week.
I feel like I did my best on my test, I didn’t procrastinate as much. I studied a whole two days before the test, and ALOT on both of those days. It might only be two days but I’m proud of myself no matter what my score might be.
I did my best to keep up with test and did good managing my studying. Im happy with how all of my test turned out but i pray the chemistry test went well.
This week I triumphed by staying on top of my work homework and sneaking good notes. I didn’t study great for my formula test, but I still did all my homework.
According to recent studies, the mRNA found in Covid-19 vaccines might make some cancer treatments more effective. This is because mRNA shots are used for boosting human’s immune systems to help fight off sickness, but when this shot was given to a mouse with a tumor for experimentation, they found that the mRNA shot was also helping fight off some of the cancerous cells that were inside the tumor. https://www.sciencenews.org/article/cancer-immunotherapy-mrna-covid-vaccines

This “telephone-cord” structure provides the necessary slack for nearly 360-degree scanning, enabling the eyes to rotate without straining the nerves. https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2025/11/251118220056.htm
Inflammation turns bone marrow into breeding ground for disease. Every moment the bone marrow generates millions of fresh blood and immune cells. Over the years this balance becomes vulnerable. Aging, chronic inflammation can disrupt communication among these cell groups, reducing normal stem-cell renewal and allowing mutated HSCs to expand unnoticed.
Over 20 reptile species produce solid uric-acid crystals instead of liquid urine, that helps them retain water. The urates are made of microscopic spheres formed from nanocrystals of uric acid and water, which reptiles can release. This process could help with human health problems that involve uric acid like gout or kidney stones. https://scitechdaily.com/a-strange-discovery-in-snake-pee-could-change-medicine/
Deep structures at the core mantle boundary called LLSVPs and ULVZs are remains of Earth’s early molten mantle moved by materials leaking from the core. Studying them helps scientists understand Earth’s formation mantle dynamics and how the planet became habitable.
Scientist have discovered mysterious clouds around the milky way. These clouds are called the Smith’s clouds. This cloud expands more than 11,000 light years and covers 300 kilometers per second. Researchers still don’t know where this cloud is going or where it has come from.
The U.S. space science community is facing a serious threat to its global leadership because unstable funding is slowing progress and lowering morale. Many long-term NASA missions are at risk of being delayed or shut down entirely, which could stall scientific discoveries for years. Experts warn that if funding problems continue, other countries may take the lead in space exploration and research.
