CHEMISTRY: So which are they? Are electrons particles or are they waves? Here’s the lecture from Friday. If you’re still having questions, you will not only want to watch this vodcast again, but also you might watch this video clip that we saw in class today on Quantum Mechanics, and also the one from yesterday – Animated Quantum Mechanics.
By the way, speaking of Quantum Mechanics, did you read the cartoon? 🙂
I had some questions but after watching this it cleared things up. It was really helpful!
I agree with JT it helped me understand this more.
Why doesn’t Bohr’s model work for more than hydrogen?
Are all atoms the same size, since atoms have a different number of energy levels; for instance, would a hydrogen electron cloud be smaller than that of uranium?
at first understanding this was confusing but after looking at it its finally clicking!
Are we going to finish the light spectrum lab?
I think we are going to finish the lab once there is some sun, and it isn’t extremely cold.
This was really helpful with me being out of town. This was a lot better than reading just the book.
Eli – Hope you are having a great time! Make sure you catch all the vodcasts! 🙂
