HON CHEMISTRY: Awwww….aren’t they cute! So what do you think the average atomic mass of puppies is? Here’s the lecture from Friday on calculating the average atomic mass of isotopes. Isotopes…. not puppies.
Have a great weekend! And to the cast and crew of Father Knows Best, break a leg!
For the carbon isotope project, do the protons and the neutrons need to be a certain color?
Ryan – Hmmmm…. how can I answer this. I didn’t give you any certain colors, but I can tell you that color is very, very important and that it matters. Remember that every single part of your project is like an analogy that you are using to tell me what you know about isotopes, protons, neutrons, etc. Make sense?
Hey Mrs Skinner, is the second video make-up thing tomorrow morning?
Drew – Sure – that’s fine.
Is it ok if the legend/key is a separate piece of paper from the actual project?
Hope – The key needs to be somehow attached to the project so it won’t fall off.
Ok, thank you.
Where do you need our name on the project?
Did you see our homework that we turned in on the front lab station on Tuesday?
How much will the extra credit count? And what will it go towards? (i.e. test, quiz, daily?)
Is our help session tomorrow morning?
Our extra credit SiN is about STEM, correct?
Katherine – Yes!
