Studies show energy drinks can seriously affect the heart of a teenager. Energy drinks have been shown to increase physical endurance in a number of trials, but there is little proof that they have any impact on muscular strength or power. Energy drinks have the potential to increase attentiveness and response time, but they may also cause hand tremors.
I rate myself 4 stars out of 5 on how I played in this weeks volleyball games. I believe that I played really hard for my team but I believe that i can always improve and work even harder.
I rate myself a solid 2 stars. My grades were very lackluster in the homework department this week. Even though I think many of the very meticulous rules that I have to follow are useless; I know they are helping me to catch my errors and blunders early and to pay closer attention.
I rate my self a 4 out of 5 stars this week. I have drastically improved my studying schedule and my life organization which has benefited me immensely. I have had a end of the week rut which is why i’m not 5 stars and I can always be better, however this week has gone great and I hope to only go on an upward trajectory!
I rate myself a 3 this week as it took a little more force than it should to finish out my work instead of just not doing it and taking a 0. Why is because I lack the motivation to do certain things that stress me out.
I rate myself a 3 out of five stars this week because I didn’t study well enough for a few of my tests , and I got the grade I studied for, but I will not let the
Please excuse my last comment I didn’t mean to post that one because it was not yet finished. I rate myself a 3 out of five stars this week because I didn’t study well enough for a few of my tests , and I got the grade I studied for, but I will not let this discourage me ,I will produce something in order to ensure a a grade far better.
I shall humbly rate myself as 2 out of 5 stars for not fully understanding how some formulas work. Cheers to rewatching old class videos and getting my stuff together. This should hopefully bring me up to at least 3 stars in the future.
This week I rate myself a 3 out of 5. I am still having trouble learning at this speed. Even though I have been doing better, there is still room for me to improve. I can do this going back each night and watching the lesson videos.
I will rate myself a 2/5 this week. I was kinda lazy and forgot about some homework assignments and studying to do. I will work to improve this over the next weeks
I have struggled with using the right formulas for the right questions. I plan to resolve this by looking back over the textbook and online classes to see what I missed from those classes and how I can improve off of that.
This week, I have been really bad with putting my work off until the latest and getting distracted, because if I’m being honest chemistry is the last thing I want to do. To solve this, I propose, I should make more time for chemistry and less time on distractions.
This week, I really struggled to correctly use my conversions on big mamma XL problems, and to resolve this predicament, I am going to do some extra problems and examples to properly prepare, and to prevent a lackluster performance.
My struggle this week was finishing the measurement lab on time. That made me realize that I will need have better management of my time and be more diligent.
My struggle this week was finishing the measurement lab on time. That made me realize that I will need to have better management of my time and be more diligent.
My struggle this week was understanding what I did wrong on the test. Right now I’m trying to go back to my notes and re-do problems and write my notes again.
This week in chemistry, I struggled with getting ahead on my Graphing Exercises assignment. I missed Monday due to a golf tournament, and I used most of class of Tuesday to complete my make-up assignment. There was not a lot I could do about this, but I definitely need to work on time management in general.
This week I struggled with putting several different steps of the big problem together and not forgetting a step or mixing up my formulas for the problem. To fix my struggle I will work on better memorization for my formulas and putting problems together
My struggle lately has been with units. Most of the work I’ve shown has been correct but the unit I put is wrong. To fix this I will slow down when reading instructions and continue to work on my attention to detail.
Something I struggled on was studying for my test. But to fix that I took my grade that I made on the test as an example to study a week ahead and to not procrastinate.
This week I have had energy level issues with my workload. I have done an excellent job pushing through and creating better study habits to ensure my grades can get better or remain good! For example, the sample graph was confusing at first, but after analyzing deeper I did it and got a 100.
My triumph this week was figuring out how to do the graphs and running with it. I noticed when I decided to actually lock in on the assignment I began to work faster and diligent.
This week I was triumphant in figuring out how to do the graphs correctly on Excel, because I had some major issues on my sample graph, and it was crucial that I did not make the same mistakes on the rough drafts J and K.
I was triumphant in chemistry this week on the “Filtration & Evaporation” lab. We were under a time constraint because both of these were timely processes. However, me and my lab partner worked quickly and multitasked in order to succeed on this lab.
I was triumphant in chemistry this week on the “Filtration & Evaporation” lab. We were under a time constraint because both of these were timely processes. However, me and my lab partner worked quickly and multitasked in order to succeed on this lab.
I was triumphant in following directions thoroughly rather than rushing through and looking over things like I usually would do. Asking questions instead of sitting there was also another triumph I’ve encountered this week.
This week I think I did really good on forming my own graph. I think I did really well on this because after reading the sheet and going through it step-by-step, I was able to get the hang of it and started doing it on my own. This really helped once we started doing the more challenging graphs.
This week my triumph was following the directions of forming my own graph very thoroughly. After several tries and many rereads of the sheet. I was finally able to start doing it on my own. this really really helped me once we started with the more challenging graphs.
This week my triumph was following the directions of forming my own graph very thoroughly. After several tries and many rereads of the sheet. I was finally able to start doing it on my own. This really helped me once we started with the more challenging graphs.
This week I think I did great at interpreting data. I was able to plot the points well and understood what each point represented and also transfer information to graphs.
In Chemistry recently I have been learning to be more thorough and attentive to detail. Due to our assignments not being as content heavy, but process oriented I have gained better habits to be more meticulous. For example, the Graphing Exercise was not technically difficult, I just misunderstood directions and that caused issues due to my lack of conscientiousness.
This week In chemistry I have had to be very careful and follow directions, because of all the labs. I have applied this to daily life by making a schedule that has helped me manage time well.
In chemistry this week, I have learned to carefully read through the labs. This helps me learn to follow important instructions I may be given in my everyday life.
In chemistry this week we work on measurements in grams and finding the mass of things. I can apply this in real life when I bake and I need to find out how much of something I need to use in the ingredients.
Something I have learned in chemistry is conversions. I can apply this in order to complete a project or task by converting the weight or measurements to an easier value for me to understand or communicate with those around me.
In chemistry I have had to tell myself to check the syllabus every night so that I don’t miss any assignment’s or homework , Doing this has made me reliable and responsible, because I am the only that should be held responsible for what I myself do and I cant rely on others to do things for me.
Something i’ve learned in chemistry that i can apply to my daily life is the focus i need to complete half of the work. Other times it’s something simple but in chemistry you need true focus and to not let your mind wander off.
This week we worked with a bunsen burner although I had to follow many directions and I did well. One way I can apply following directions in life is when I am playing basketball and my coach tells me to do something.
One thing I have learned from chemistry is to do everything exactly how its says to do, down to the most latter details, I can apply this to my daily life through listening to those around me better.
Dolphins are known to have an open mouth grin, somewhat of a “smile”, this was studied by scientists and attributed to be a form of communication. It became concluded that whilst Dolphins play with a companion and/or human, they almost always do this open mouth smile. When recorded it was determined the partner of a smiling dolphin is within 3 seconds likely to mirror the behavior in order to convey a happy or excited mood.
It is interesting on how much energy in human bodies is used. Each part uses energy such as two important parts, the heartbeat, which comes from a bundle of cells and the brain that uses neurons to transmit signals.
This article talks about the way the heart works and each part that contributes to help the heart function. It also describes the multistep process if one heart beat. One heart beat is described as a band all working together in a harmony to keep blood flowing through your body.
Barnards star is the closet individual star to our solar system. With how close it is to our earth astronomers have been looking for exoplanets around it. Researcher Jonay González Hernández and his team has discovered a tiny wobble which was the strongest wobble that took place every 3.15 days. With this it is a possible chance they have finally found an exoplanet with a chance of life. https://www.sciencenews.org/article/barnards-star-exoplanet-in-orbit
