  1. This week, I rate myself a 3/5. I am doing much better with being able to think through problems, and I am optimistic about the test today. The velocity problems are really easy now, and I’ve learned how to do the tortoise and dog problems pretty well.

  2. A triumph I had this week was understanding how to work difficult acceleration and velocity problems. Before this week, I struggled to understand how to work some of the more difficult types of problems. When I was studying for the test, I worked these kinds of problems over and over, and they began to finally make sense to me. I could get from point a to point b without getting super confused which was a big triumph for me.

  3. A triumph I had this week was just waking up and making myself go to class. Honestly, this week has been extremely rough and unexpected so far. I am very proud of myself for just getting through my days and doing the best I can in each moment. I have definitely improved at the harder velocity/acceleration problems because I worked them a ton, and I now have more confidence in myself when it comes to solving them. My confusion levels aren’t as high, and I think the problems are a little easier to navigate now. I am just happy to have made it through another week, and I’m excited for the next one.

  4. T-Triumph
A triumph that I had this week was finding time to properly study for our first test. With all that I had going on, I was not sure when I was going to sit down to review notes and go over difficult problems, but as the week went by opportunities to study seemed to present themselves. I also believe I did well on the test, but I will have to wait a few more days to see whether that was a triumph or not.

  5. This week I rate myself a 2.7/5. I thought I did a good job preparing myself for the test, but I came to find out that I should’ve practiced on working the problems more quickly. Once I thought I was struggling with time I couldn’t get over that thought and struggled with the rest of the test. I did manage to get to a point where I was confident in working some of the problems that I once struggled with such as the tortoise and the hare and the flagpole problem. For next test I will practice on working the problems quicker and more efficiently in order to save time and not force myself to rush and make a mistake.

  6. This week I’d rate myself a 4.9/5. This week was extremely hard, especially with the test. However, I think I did very well for preparing, and I found the test much easier than I thought it would be.

  7. This week I rate myself a 3/5. I felt at the beginning of the week that I would be completely hopeless on the motion problems but I feel more confident in my own abilities now that I’ve gone and made sure that I know I can work each type of problem. However I am nervous that since I have to take the test almost a week later I may have had too much time between the last time we reviewed in class and when I actually take the test. However I will still practice and work while on my trip to ensure this doesn’t happen.

  8. Struggle
This week was DEFINITELY a struggle. I planned on studying for the test much earlier than I did, but after several late nights in a row, I found myself doing 90% of the studying the night before the test. Next test, I am planning on spacing my studying out by making the memorize/do/be able to apply lists (just remembered those) and planning ahead on when I am gonna study each night.

  9. S-Struggle
This week was one gigantic struggle. Figuring out what makeup work and homework to prioritize was stressful because I simply could not get all of it done at once. I am still behind in some of my makeup work, but I have gotten a lot done. I also struggled with having time to study for the test. I did not get to study as much as I wanted to, which was stressful because I never fully grasped some of the difficult problems. I plan to budget my time better and not fall behind in my work as well as study for the next test sooner.

  10. S-Struggle
There was a lot of things going on this week, and I struggled finding time to really sit down and study for the test. Also, I was tired so I did not have much motivation to get my work finished ahead of time. Additionally, I found myself focusing on things less important than others when I should’ve been focusing on the more important things.
