HON CHEMISTRY: Great job using conversion factors to work more advanced conversions! It’s good to able to convert from one unit to another, but can you use that info to solve a real world problem?
Remember, this isn’t just about getting an answer – some of you can do that in your head. This is about being able to convert from one unit to another using the Q-formula. (And yes, you have to do it that way!). Now go forth and conquer!

TRIUMPH- I did good on the SI prefixes and the quiz and lessons. I studied hard enough and I was able to get a pretty good grade on the quiz
Triumph: I followed directions well this week. Whether it was formatting homework correctly, answering a question correctly on the quiz, or inserting images onto a Google Doc in the right way, I tried to always do exactly what Ms. Skinner wanted us to do.
Triumph: I did well on keeping up with my assignments this week and learning the SI units because I kept up with reading ahead on the syllabus, and I practiced problems on SI units at home.
Triumph: This week, I did well on learning SI units and prefixes. I did this by paying attention in class, studying at home, and doing practice problems on converting units.
Triumph: This week, we had our first quiz over the SI units. I practiced problems all throughout the week and I was nervous for it, but I ended up making a pretty good grade because of my preparation.
