Physics 8-14-20 Measurements in Physics, Pt. 1

PHYSICS – Great job today with our SI system review! You remembered a lot! Were you surprised at yourself?

The hardest part, I think, will be getting back in the habit of showing all your work, using conversion factors, units, dimensional analysis, sig figs, etc. We’ll finish reviewing measurements and the like on Tuesday. Happy, happy weekend!!

  1. This year in physics I expect to prepare myself for college with both material and habits. I hope that after this class, my conceptual physics knowledge will help me do better in college classes. I fully expect that physics will challenge me to think outside the box and improve my critical thinking skills. These skills will help me manage stress and difficult situations in college. I’m excited for physics, and I hope this year is a great one. PS Jackson says he misses you Ms Skinner 🙂

  2. This year in Physics I expect to improve my ability to apply learned knowledge. Physics is a subject that I have always been interested in and, after several long years at Northpoint, I finally get to take it. I am mostly excited for Zorba and the soundwaves sections!
