  1. This semester my goal is to continue to get good grades and to do this I will study hard and pay attention in class.

  2. During this semester my goal is to finish the year with an average of 80 or above. In order to achieve this goal, I will study in more than just one way and I will turn in assignments on time with all of the work required.

  3. My goal for the semester is to get at least an 85 in the class. To achieve this goal I need to study by practicing new material and staying on top of my work.

  4. My goal for this next semester is to focus on every lesson and to not fall behind. I plan to take time on each new concept and to do everything I possibly can to understand it fully. I want to be prepared and to give my all in everything I do.

  5. My goal for this semester is to improve my lab average because that was the area that I struggled the most with last semester. To improve this I will always check the online template to make sure I haven’t forgotten anything and double check all of my lab assignments so that I don’t forget any aspect of the assignment. I will also look at old labs to make sure I don’t repeat past mistakes.

  6. The goal I have for this semester is to improve my lab average because that is the area I struggled the most with. To do this I will make sure to look at the online template to make sure I didn’t forget anything and look at my old labs to make sure I don’t repeat past mistakes. I want to make more of an effort so that I don’t put myself in a bad position where I have too many bad lab grades.

  7. My goal for this semester is to not procrastinate my work and make good grades in class. I will try to do this by making sure I have a set schedule and do the best I can to prepare for the class.

  8. My goal for the rest of this year is to finish with an 85 or higher. I will study harder and try not to procrastinate.

  9. My goal for this 2nd semester is to get at least an 85 or above on each test. To do that I will have to start studying harder and used the information I learned in problems

  10. My goal is to study more, and to hopefully see improvement on my tests. I want to be more on top of all my assignments.

  11. Didn’t win the marshmellow challenge today but it was still fun! Hopefully I’ll be able to stay diligent this semester and finish with a good grade.

  12. This year my goal is to get no zeroes on my homework and to turn all my assignments in on time and correctly. I will do this by using my planner and making a check list of what I have to do each night.

  13. My goal for this semester is to learn to memorize the material that needs to be memorized ahead of time. I plan to do a little each day to work up to everything being memorized. That was my biggest challenge last semester because I tried to tackle it all at once. I am hoping that this semester it will be more effective to do small parts at a time.

  14. We started this year off with a bang this year! Today was a fun day and it helped me get back into the mood a little bit. Looking forward to next week and the rest of 2020.

  15. My goals for this year are going to be staying on task as far as I can Chemistry wise because things get tough this Semester of school and to also meet the expectation for grades this Semester.

  16. My goal this semester is to take school more seriously, and to do this I will focus on doing homework and studying above all else.

  17. My goal for this semester is to not procrastinate my work and make good grades in class. I will try to do this by making sure I have a set schedule and do the best I can to prepare for the class.

  18. This semester my goal is to maintain what I did last semester by continuing to study ahead of time, doing practice problems, and asking questions in class.

  19. My goal for the year is to make a good grade in the class and study harder. I’m going to start studying ahead of time instead of the last minute so I can succeed in the class.

  20. My goal is to work harder on doing my homework and even if I do not understand it, to still do it. The way I’m going to meet my goal is by always doing my homework and checking the syllabus all the time. I am also going to try to be efficient in taking notes.

  21. My goal this year is to take better notes and understand the lessons in class better. The way I will meet this goal is to not get easily distracted in class and keep my notes organized and in order.

  22. My goal for this semester is to maintain a good average in Chemistry. I can achieve this by keeping up with my work and studying harder and smarter.

  23. This semester my goal is to beat my previous nine week average. In order to do this I will continue to come up with different ways to study. And work extra hard on my labs and lab write ups. My goal is to answer any discussion questions fully by reading the question thoroughly at least 3 times. And not starting the semester off with a zero from a web post 🙂

  24. My goal this semester is too make a higher grade in chemistry. I can achieve this by studying harder, working practice problems, and applying what I know on tests.

  25. My goal for the rest of the year (and following) is to really understand material that we learn, even if my initial grades don’t reflect it. I want to learn from tests that I don’t do well on, seeing what I need to practice more, and actually practicing that! To do this, it’s helpful to see where I struggled this first semester, and improve those areas first. Also, I will be sure to review lessons and notes that I miss or just need to practice more. I’m sure I will keep asking lots of questions – of myself, my classmates, and Ms. Skinner – when I don’t understand as well.

  26. This semester my goal is to beat my previous nine week average. In order to do this I will continue to come up with different ways to study. And work extra hard on my labs and lab write ups. My goal is to answer any discussion questions fully by reading the question thoroughly at least 3 times. And not starting the semester off with a zero from a web post

  27. This semester my goal is not only to keep a good grade in the class, but to actually enjoy the class and apply what I’ve learned. To get a good grade I will have to study hard and be diligent in my work. Even when things get hard I need to persevere and realize it will all benefit me in the end. This will all help me enjoy the class even more.

  28. My goal for this semester is to do better on the labs. I will achieve this by reading the lab sheet ahead of time to get a better grasp of what we are going to do. I will also read any questions that the lab sheet might have to try to grasp what I should be looking out for during the actual lab

  29. My goal this semester is to keep my grade for the year where it is. I also want to do better on labs, especially by focusing on the finer details and small mistakes that I got a lot of points taken off for last term. I also want to do a better job of studying ahead of time and not the day or two before.

  30. My goal is to finish the semester with at least a 90 and not have any zeroes in webposts or homework. I also want to do better on tests. To do this I will always start work as early as I can and look at the syllabus, and not procrastinate studying.

  31. My goal this semester is to keep improving my average. I also want to do better on tests, specifically on the calculation sections. I made many careless mistakes this past semester in that area, so this time I want to do better. To do this, I will study hard and give myself plenty of time to prepare for tests and check over them before I turn them in.
