Hon Chemistry 4-26-18 Chapter 9 Test Overview & Help Session

HON CHEMISTRY: From Friday, here is our overview of the test. Again I want to emphasize – the majority of the test is basic reaction stoichiomety, limiting reactants and percent yield. Be sure and give that the most of your study time!

Also, review writing and balancing chemical reactions. Most of the stoichiometry problems will require that you begin by doing just that! There will be just one extra jumbo large problem. 🙂

Below the vodcast for today is the help session from Friday morning. God bless you as you study!!!

  1. This week I would rate myself a 3/5. I was very happy to turn in the project and I also enjoyed the little lab we did. However, I’m kinda nervous about this test today.

  2. I’d rate myself 3/5 because I was super excited to turn in my project! But I have to take my test late and I’m having some trouble with the chapter.

  3. This week I would rate myself a 4/5. I feel so relieved that the chemistry project is over. However, it is going to be hard to study for the test after the trip. I’ll try to put in the same amount of work I have the entire year. Only a few weeks left until summer!

  4. This week I’d rate myself a 3/5. Thankfully I didn’t have to worry about the project this week, but I had a little trouble understanding the chapter. I studied hard and think I understood it better so hopefully I did okay on the test. Hopefully I can get some rest this weekend.

  5. I rate myself a 4/5 this week. We got the project turned in and I studied hard for the test, but there’s no way i’m giving myself a 5/5 in chemistry.

  6. This week I rate myself a 3/5 because although I finished my chemistry project, I feel like I left out some things. I also have to take my test late so I need to study even harder.

  7. This week was okay. I would rate myself a 3/5. It was rough because of bands shortened week, but Ms Skinner was gracious enough to push the bands test to Tuesday and post the help session. I’m optimistic.

  8. This week I struggled with staying on top of things.between the project and other school work, no sleep was obtained. And to make this week a little better I get to go to Oxford today and I remembered my web post.
