  1. I would rate myself a 4/5 this week. I thought that the lecture on refraction was really cool because I finally learned how refraction actually works, and it was especially cools to see how the angles work with it. I really enjoyed the introduction to color and the lab with it, except it took me a while to change the way I thought colors were mixed. Still, Alex and I were able to complete the lab, and I had a fun time doing so.

  2. This week was an interesting week in physics. We got to learn about how reflections work, which is really cool. We also learned about how colors in light and pigment work. The colors are still a little confusing but we did a cool lab on them. I didn’t get to go to six flags but at least we are almost done!

  3. This week in physics has probably been the best. We started off the week learning about color and it was very interesting. The lab was easy and my partner and I found some very cool things during it. We finished off the week by going to six flags and this was by far the best field trip I have ever been on. Farewell Physics!

  4. This is my last official webpost of my high school career! We have had a great week in Physics, and I’m going to rate myself a 5/5 because we went to SIX FLAGS and I have really enjoyed learning about the fundamental colors of light and pigment (and because it’s my last webpost). As I reflect on my journey through Honors Physics, I can confidently say that it was a rollercoaster–as would be appropriate for our fun field trip! Despite all of the challenges I faced along the way, I learned how to think about motion in a different way, and it has helped me to become a problem-solver. Thank you, Ms. Skinner!
