Hon Chemistry 3-23-18 Balancing Chemical Equations Practice

HON CHEMISTRY: Okay, maybe balancing equations isn’t exactly like this, but…..

Great practice with the homework today! Do you feel better about balancing equations? Don’t forget to check the formulas first! 🙂

  1. This week has been relatively chill, but I’m still looking to get back on track and finish the year strong.

  2. This will be my… nine weeks… Rocky start, but I am determined to do my best and make my best get better. I like balancing equations, even if I have to check my formulas five hundred twenty five thousand six hundred times because I tend to make dumb careless mistakes and get polyatomic ions and common names mixed up (which is not great).

  3. This week I rate myself 3/5, because I procrastinated in my work. I will strive to do better next week. And I need to start reviewing so I don’t fail the next test.

  4. I give myself a 2 out of 5 because it has taken my a while to get out of spring break mode. Next week I will be proactive with my homework and start studying for the test.

  5. I rate myself a 5/5 this week and a 2/5 for today. Well, I thought I did really well on the quiz, emphasis on thought. I didn’t do terrible but not what I would like for the amount of time I spent studying and practicing for sure. I hope I can learn to name and write chemical equations better. I have to remember at the end of the day if I tried my best that a grade is just a grade, period. Ready to see what I missed now!

  6. This week was a struggle. The quiz messed me up and I don’t quite understand how to properly balance equations. But there is still a little time left to figure it out.

  7. This week, my triumphs were doing well on the quiz and the really cool lab on Thursday! Also, I’m understanding how to balance chemical equations relatively well.
