Physics 9-28-17 Horizontal Projectile Motion

PHYSICS: Great job today – and applying stuff from the last chapter no less!

Just go slow and easy, talk yourself through what you are doing and ask if the formulas you are using are legit. You’ll master it in no time flat. Watch out for squirrels throwing nuts!

  1. I would rate myself a 4/5 this week in physics because I feel like I understood how to work the problems and I got them all right. A struggle of this week was graphically solving the vectors. They take a long time, and you have to be so precise. A triumph of the week was understanding the component way of solving vectors and horizontal projectile motion.

  2. This week I would rate myself a 4 out of 5. It was a weird week because of homecoming. I feel I like I caught on to vectors pretty well. The horizontal projectile motion doesn’t seem too bad right now. I like how it ties in what we learned the last chapter to the vector stuff we learned this week. I’m looking to finish the next week out strong and learn more about projectile motion.

  3. I would rate myself a 4/5 this week. I did fairly well with the vectors graphically but was susceptible to minor errors. However, I was very accurate when solving them trigonomically which is why I enjoy solving them that way more plus it’s easier. I’ve done most of my labs and will finish them up soon. We are starting the assessment this weekend as well so I feel like I have a good grip on things.

  4. This week in physics has been fun. I would have to rate myself a 4/5 this week because I feel like I did very good with vectors. Vectors just seemed to click with me and I feel very confident. We did start to step it up Thursday but I feel I can handle it. I’m ready to start back Monday.

  5. This week I would rate myself a 4 out of 5 because I understood projectile motion pretyy good and now that we have been practicing harder problems I’m getting better at graphing and trig solving. With just a little more practice I can get the problems to a 5/5
