Hon Chemistry 10-22-13 Moles to Mass to Molecules

HON CHEMISTRY: Awesome job today using chemical formulas as tools! So, it turns out there are tons of ways that you can use a chemical formula. Like finding molar mass, moles, and molecules! Did it all sound familiar to you – like we were repeating yesterday’s lecture? Here’s the lecture from today.

P. S. Did you realize how super important it’s going to be for you to be able to correctly write chemical formulas (and memorize all that formula stuff)?!?

  1. I really liked the activity today with the chalk. I was a little confused about moles, but that helped apply it with the common substances. Also, I thought I’d make my post at 6:02!

  2. I have enjoyed all the labs this week how they directly relate with what we had learned that day with the gum composition and the chalk.

  3. I really enjoyed the labs and they helped me understand the moles since it applied what we had learned that day.
