Chemistry 9-4-12 Conversion Factors

CHEMISTRY – Great job with conversion factors today! How’s the homework going? Remember, this isn’t just about getting an answer – some of you can do that in your head. This is about being able to convert from one unit to another using the Q-formula. (And yes, you have to do it that way!)

Make sure you practice using your notes tonight, it’ll help you remember the steps we followed today in class. You’re doing great!

And don’t forget the help session tomorrow morning (Wednesday) at 7:15ish!

  1. Is the homework on conversion factors that was originally last Friday nights homework now Wednesday nights homework? I just want to make sure!

    • Jordan – Yes, I wanted to give you a chance to make sure you were doing it correctly before you turned it in (since I had to bail on you Friday!).

  2. Thank you, Mrs. Skinner for your help on the conversion factor problems! They make a lot more sense to me now than last week.
