			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>CHEMISTRY:  Okay, I&#8217;m not saying that learning to name and write chemical formulas is as bad as a jellyfish sting, but you do have to really, really pay attention to the details!! Here&#8217;s the lecture from Wednesday on writing formulas and names for binary molecular compounds.  Part of it&#8217;s really similar to what you learned to do yesterday for ionic compounds, but another part is totally different.  </p>
<p>Make sure you keep everything straight.  Do something that will organize all the information for you, so you won&#8217;t get confused.  Also, don&#8217;t forget the lists you have to memorize &#8211; polyatomic ions, numerical prefixes, and tomorrow or Friday I&#8217;ll tell you about acids.  And practice, practice, practice!!!</p>
