Physics 2-26-19 Archimedes’ Principle

PHYSICS: So when you were floating in the pool this summer, did you enjoy your fellowship with buoyant forces? 🙂 From Tuesday – Archimedes’ Principle.

Great topic for investigation! Speaking of which – what did you find? When the kid jumped out of the boat, did the water level rise, fall, or stay the same? Hmmmm…..

  1. This week has definitely been a full one! From trying to work ahead on assignments I will miss next week to packing and planning for our IBS trip THIS weekend (wow), it’s all a little bit overwhelming! However, I have really appreciated the two lab workdays that you gave us this week—they were really beneficial in helping me ease my make-up work load! Speaking of missing next week—it’s crazy to think that tomorrow is IBS’s last day of the 3rd nine weeks of senior year! I love that God is not only with us in the big things like preparing to leave the country, but also the little things like giving us enough energy to make it through each challenging week and finish out strong! I often get so lost worrying and praying about the big things that I push aside God’s “still, small voice” in my everyday moments, and that’s something I need to work on/patiently listen for! Thanks for the great reminder and encouragement today! 🙂

  2. This week has been very stressful but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I am close to finding the perfect Explorer Zone station, and my labs are gonna be given a great amount of time and dedication this weekend. I hope my work ethic improves next week and that I’m able to dedicate a lot more time to my assignments. This week has been intriguing as we discuss Bernoulli’s laws; it’s everyday applications are very interesting to me.
