HON CHEMISTRY: Okay, this no microphone thing is getting a little old, BUT I think I’ve found a couple of old vodcasts that kind of sum of what we’ve been doing the last couple days. They won’t be be exactly like our last couple of classes, but I think they’ll be helpful. First is an overview of Chapter 5 – including the Marsh test results. Below that is an old overview of the Reverse Scavenger Hunt.
Do you plan to practice #50 – 53? Strongly encouraged! Did you understand it when we did it today in class? Help session Friday morning, 7:20ish A.M.

I rate myself a 2/5 this week because I’ve been really stressed about makeup work, school activities, and the test this Friday. My mood has suffered greatly.
I rate myself a 3/5 this Week. I feel like I have a pretty decent grip on the chapter, but I’ve been getting too little sleep. I hope it doesn’t affect my test result too much!
I would rate myself 3/5 stars for this week. Because of play, I have had very little time to study, and I should have started earlier. Now, I am decently stressed out and about to go to play(and study…)
This week I would rate myself a 4/5. I understood this chapter, and I enjoyed learning about the different properties and uses of elements. I think it is very interesting. I also enjoyed watching the videos of the elements in order to actually see some of the properties in action.
This week was a triumph for me because I managed to understand the materiel and on the clab I did better than what I thought I would have.
This week was a triumph because I have understood the lesson and I enjoyed learning about elements with the clab. However, with this week’s crazy schedule I feel as though I did not have time to study for this test as much so I have to study hard tonight!
I rate myself a 3/5 this week because I feel SO overwhelmed with this chemistry test and drastically under-prepared and fearful of a fail. Tomorrow I will try my best to manage my time correctly and review all the material to the point where I know it more than my own name. Pray for me.
This week has really been a struggle for me because I’m trying to balance my time management. I didn’t get to study the way I usually do but a friend and fellow chemistry student helped me out. Fingers crossed!!!
I would rate myself a 2.35/5. I rate myself this because I’m exhausted due to the play so I haven’t been able to do my best. I also struggled with being able to time manage.
This week my triumph was doing well on creating the periodic table. I got those answers right on the homework and I got it right on the test. I WAS SHOOK! (And I still am) but I succeed because I studied and I have a great teacher.
I rate myself a 4/5. I understood this chapter and I didn’t procrastinate studying. I think I did really well on this test.
This week I would rate myself a 3/5. I have been overwhelmed and exhausted with the different schedule and volleyball. I still completed all of my homework and I studied really hard for this test and I’m hoping I did okay.

This week I rate myself 4/5 because I finished all my homework and finished the cLab. My triumph for this week is slightly altering my study plan and I feel like I did very well on the test.
I’d rate myself a 3/5 this week because I didn’t study much in advance for this test. I still think I did well though! Plus, I understood how to make my own periodic table like the one on the test!
