Chemistry 8-9-13 Lab Equipment

CHEMISTRY – Hey guys! Did you have fun playing with the equipment today? Here is an overview of the apparatus you must be able to identify – things you’ll use in the chemistry lab. Click on the black arrow to start the slide show. Also, below that is a great overview of our lab. It’s very important information about where stuff is and what it’s used for. I think you’ll find it very helpful! (Hint, hint!) πŸ™‚

This would be a great way to study equipment for the test! You need to be able to identify the apparatus and also explain the use of each. These are also the items you’ll draw in your lab book for this coming Monday’s assignment on drawing lab apparatus. If I counted right, I think there are 35 of them. You may trace them from the packet or draw them free hand, but don’t forget the apparatus on the Power Point are the ones you have to draw and know for the test.

And don’t forget to check your syllabus for tonight’s homework! Have a wonderful weekend!! πŸ™‚
