HON CHEMISTRY – Two days in one! Well, not really, but since we’ve had a crazy couple of homecoming schedule days(AND YOU MIGHT HAVE MISSED SOMETHING!), I’m posting a lesson that has all the info in one. So…..here’s the last lecture from chapter 1 – an overview of the elements and intro to the periodic table. Did you feel like it was mostly review? Let me know how the element handbook search is going. Both 1 and 2 are due Monday. Watch the end of the vodcast if you have any questions about how much info to include. Tell enough, but don’t go into minute detail – just the main facts.
Hey, have you had a chance to check out the chapter 1 study suggestion sheet? Let me know if there is anything you need help with before the test on Tuesday! (And you’re still learning the symbols of the elements, right?!?) 🙂
Do we have a science in the news due next week?
Katherine – Extra credit will be due Friday………
In my notes, I have an example of sublimation, but not deposition. What is an example of deposition?
Hope – An example of deposition would be frost forming on your windshield or frost forming in a freezer. Good luck studying!
Ok. Thank you.
